Submit the valid Invoice details & invoice image (if asked) within 7 days of your purchase at any of the brands/stores at Inorbit Mall. On successful validation of the invoice details/invoice shared, INcoins will be credited to your account within 72 hours.

No, you cannot redeem the INcoins directly in the retail stores. However, you can redeem the store offers on Inorbit’s loyalty website (inrewards.inorbit.in) & visit the store to avail the same.
There is no minimum threshold / criteria for redemption of INcoins. However, member should have sufficient INcoins balance to redeem a particular offer on the rewards catalog.
Member can redeem Only 3 vouchers from a single offer in 30 days and Only 1 merchandise from a single offer in 30 days.
Once the INcoins are redeemed against any offer, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
INcoins earned cannot be exchanged for Cash (INR).
